Veritas Registrars is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and was incorporated on May 7, 2004 to carry on Share Registration business in the Nigerian capital market.
On February 3rd, 2005 Veritas Registrars Limited (formerly known as Zenith Registrars) was certified with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and registered under the provisions of the Investment and Securities Act No. 45 of 1999, and the Rules and Regulations thereafter to operate as REGISTRARS in the Nigerian Capital Market.
