Head, Operations

Chinwe currently serves as the Head of Operations at Veritas Registrars Limited, where she has played a key role in driving the company's operational excellence. She is a graduate of Banking & Finance from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, and also holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan. As a certified Financial Stock Data Analyst and Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars, she brings a deep level of expertise that has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and market leadership. With over 24 years of experience, Chinwe has a proven track record of enhancing efficiency and productivity in the Share Registration industry. Before joining Veritas Registrars Limited in 2005 as one of the pioneer staff where she was instrumental in executing one of Nigeria's largest public offerings, she had amassed valuable experience at United Securities Limited. Chinwe is highly skilled in managing high-volume financial securities environments, with extensive experience in reconciling and administering equities and fixed-income transactions. She excels in developing and implementing strategies that optimize operations, while ensuring her teams remain motivated and equipped to achieve high performance. Beyond her day-to-day management responsibilities, Chinwe is deeply involved in public issue management, further enhancing her value to clients and the organization. A strategic thinker and dedicated professional, Chinwe’s unwavering commitment to operational excellence has established her as a prominent leader in Nigeria's Share Registration sector. Her leadership continues to inspire her team as she drives innovation and growth within the evolving industry.

Stanley Osanebi

Head, Financial Control

Stanley is the Chief Financial Officer at Veritas Registrars Limited. He oversees the Financial Control, Administration and Human Resources Departments. He is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty (20) years post-NYSC experience cutting across Assurance, FMCG, Logistics, Banking and Financial Services industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos, where he graduated as the best graduating student. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has attended various executive training programs on Management and Leadership. Prior to joining Veritas Registrars, he was the acting Head, Inspection Unit, at the Internal Control and Audit Department of Zenith Bank Plc.

Charles Longe

Head, Internal Control & Audit / Compliance

Charles heads the Internal Control & Audit Department while also doubling as the Chief Compliance Officer. He is a graduate of Accounting, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and an Associate of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). He is also licensed with Securities and Exchange Commission as a Capital Market Operator. He has over twenty (20) years post-qualification experience spanning Banking, Insurance, Information Technology and Capital Market operations. Prior to joining Veritas Registrars Limited, he was Team Lead of Remita Core Operations at SystemSpecs Limited. He had also worked as an Internal Auditor in Zenith Bank Plc for over seven (7) years in the course of his career.

Ayodeji Akapo

Divisional Head

Ayodeji oversees the company's E-Lodgment, Dematerialization, and Dividend departments. A graduate of Biochemistry at Lagos State University, he started his career with Cash Craft Asset Management Limited before joining Veritas Registrars Limited in 2006. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of East London in the United Kingdom. In addition, he holds Associate memberships in the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts, Nigeria (CIFIAN) and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). Having dedicated more than eighteen years of devotion to the organization's expansion and progress, he has consistently performed his tasks with professionalism and made sure that his actions matched the company's aims and objectives. His current credentials include those in Business Analysis, Venture Capital Analysis, and Cyber Security.

Maureen Ihejirika

Divisional Head

Maureen oversees the Reconciliation, Customer Service, Customer Care and Probate Administration operations of the organization. An accomplished and dedicated professional with over 17 years’ experience and expertise in the field of Communications and Capital Market administration, Maureen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Literary Studies from Imo State University, Owerri. She also has a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. These academic pursuits have equipped her with a strong foundation in communication strategies, critical thinking, and analytical skills in the discharge of her duties as an integral part of the Veritas Registrars Limited team. Maureen is an Associate Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and a member of the Founders’ Class at the American Writers and Artists Institute (AWAI) Copywriting Academy, Florida, United States of America where she is engaged in continuous learning and skills development in Direct-Response marketing.
